Welcome to the Fair Dinkum Farm web page.

Our goal is to raise cattle, sheep, and goats in a natural manner without any artificial substances or chemicals that would not be normally found in their environment. We don't purport to be "organic" but just natural the way nature intended it to be.

We do not use any growth hormones or antibiotics in a routine manner on any of our animals. We try to use natural herbal formulas and homeopathic remedies as much as possible. It is important to note however that we will use those pharmaceuticals necessary to prevent unnatural suffering or death of any animals we care for.

We pasture our animals on good grass and do not maintain any kind of feedlot where the animals are crowded together in an unsanitary environment. Our animals are grass raised and grass finished so the meat is very lean.

We also raise Icelandic and Kentucky Mountain horses. Both are gaited horses and make excellent riding horses.
